Closing The School Year

The school year in the United States is beginning to end so I am forced to say goodbye to many of my students who I have grown with throughout the year. While I cannot name them here, I can share many of the successes we have built.

  • One student and his parent reported that his grades had improved tremendously with my help!

  • Many of my students have gone up 3-4 reading levels working with me over the last 3 months.

  • I parted with one student as we reflected on how much we both enjoyed our time tutoring and how much we will miss each other. He described our sessions as one of the highlights of his day.

  • When I met one of my students, she insisted she couldn’t read. After she regularly attended our reading sessions for the last month, she has now grown into a much faster reader. She has grown tremendously in our sessions.

I look forward to spending the next few months continuing to help children grow in their reading and math skills. They all have so much more potential than they realize.
